Status and contracting model

The project is pre-launch: Ocean Safari Club's own travel company is not yet registered and the website takes no payment.

After launch, Ocean Safari Club's role is stated in each proposal. Under a merchant model the UAE company contracts and receives payment; under a disclosed agency model the licensed supplier contracts and collects for the regulated service, while Ocean Safari Club's role and remuneration are disclosed before payment.

Third-party services

Transport, accommodation, yacht charter, diving, mountain programmes, visa-related and other regulated services are delivered by competent and, where required, licensed partners. Their terms may apply alongside the main agreement.

Prices

A private Tanzania safari is quoted for a specific group size and vehicle configuration after dates, route, stays, guide language and availability have been checked; a private Seychelles yacht week is quoted after the exact yacht, operator, group composition and all mandatory fees have been confirmed; a two-country journey is priced after aviation, dates and partner checks. Larger yachts and remote routes are quoted separately.

This is not a public offer. Final pricing depends on dates, route, group, availability and partners and is fixed only in an individual proposal and contract.

Changes and risk

Weather, sea state, wildlife, guest health and decisions by authorities or carriers may change the programme. Safety takes priority over schedule. Change, cancellation, refund and insurance terms are stated before payment.
