Status and organiser

The project is pre-launch: Ocean Safari Club's own travel company is not yet registered and the website does not accept payment.

After launch, only Ocean Safari Club's own company will be the contracting party, organiser and payment recipient. Licensed B2B suppliers are disclosed only to the extent required by law, permits, safety, insurance or delivery.

Third-party services

Transport, accommodation, yacht charter, diving, mountain programmes, visa-related and other regulated services are delivered by competent and, where required, licensed partners. Their terms may apply alongside the main agreement.

Prices

Working guidance: Explorer or Signature Tanzania USD 15,000-28,000 for four guests; a private Seychelles week on a 42-52 ft catamaran EUR 20,000-42,000; a two-country journey USD 45,000-90,000 for four. Reserve, larger yachts and remote routes are quoted separately.

This is not a public offer. Final pricing depends on dates, route, group, availability and partners and is fixed only in an individual proposal and contract.

Changes and risk

Weather, sea state, wildlife, guest health and decisions by authorities or carriers may change the programme. Safety takes priority over schedule. Change, cancellation, refund and insurance terms are stated before payment.
