Savannah
Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Kilimanjaro open through an experienced guide, early light, a comfortable vehicle and a sensible pace. In February it is not the parks that decide but the nights inside the calving area itself: ours are three, in a camp that stands within the area rather than two hours from it.
Lodges, seasonal routing, park time and the domestic flight are selected around dates and group composition. The price quoted holds to travel, as long as the dates stay inside February and the programme is unchanged. If a camp is gone we propose an equivalent and show it to you before anything is confirmed.

Whole-group price
Working route: 9 days / 8 nights, a private vehicle and no international flights. Five and six guests receive separate one- and two-vehicle prices. Different accommodation is quoted by name, without artificial tariff levels.

Working whole-group guidance for 9 days / 8 nights with one vehicle: USD 16,500 for two guests, USD 22,000 for three, USD 27,500 for four, USD 33,000 for five and USD 38,500 for six. Seven to twelve guests travel in two vehicles, from USD 49,000 to USD 77,000. Final pricing follows dates, named stays and vehicle checks.
One vehicle costs less and keeps one pace. Two provide more room, better photography positions and the option to split. We show both prices and verify seats, belts, luggage and guide roles before recommendation.
Once confirmed: named lodges and meal plan, private vehicle, English-speaking driver-guide, park and concession fees, stated transfers and only explicitly named domestic flights.
After dates, availability, named stays, vehicles, fees, cancellation terms and the executing supplier are confirmed. Until then it is a planning figure and this website takes no payment.

The named licensed operator issues the invoice and is paid directly: first the deposit that secures the space, then the balance before departure. We show you their cancellation scale by date before the first payment. The website takes no money. Once our own company is registered we will issue the invoices ourselves — and we will say so here.

Before payment
A proposal contains only confirmed delivery. Today we work as a disclosed agent: you contract for the regulated service with the named licensed operator, and payment goes to them rather than to us. Our role and our remuneration are stated before you pay. Before any payment you see the price, the inclusions, the cancellation terms and who is answerable for each part. The website itself accepts enquiries only and takes no payments.
Private journey
The first message only needs to say who is travelling, approximate dates and duration, and whether Tanzania, the Seychelles or both are in view.
