What USD 6,875 per guest buys against the market
Private February programmes, per person with four guests sharing one vehicle. International flights are excluded throughout. The domestic flight out of the calving area is included in ours and in both Africa Adventure programmes; the published Easy Travel eight-day does not include it. Nights in Ndutu have their own column because in February that is what people come for.

How one product works
Safety, a suitable private vehicle and guide quality are the baseline rather than paid tiers. The working price changes with guest count, vehicle count, season and the named accommodation stack.
If different lodges, camps or more privacy are wanted, named stays are quoted again. There is no public COMFORT / UPPER-MID / LUXURY multiplier.
What is included and excluded
Once confirmed, the price can include named lodges and meal plans, the agreed private vehicle or vehicles, an English-speaking driver-guide, park and concession fees, stated transfers and only explicitly named domestic flights.
International flights, visa or ETA, personal medical and evacuation insurance, tips, drinks, personal expenses, optional activities, bank or currency-conversion costs and change fees are separate unless the proposal says otherwise.
One vehicle or two
For five or six guests, one vehicle costs less and keeps one pace. Two vehicles create more space, better photography positions and the option to split the group’s rhythm. We show both prices and never replace two vehicles with one without the client’s choice.
Every actual vehicle must have registered capacity for all guests plus the driver, individual seatbelts, suitable luggage space and a verified owner, operator and insurance chain. Marketing photographs or a generic vehicle description are not capacity evidence.
When the price becomes final
Website figures are non-binding guidance for a comparable configuration, not a public offer. Dates, season, named stays, rooming, exact vehicles, mandatory fees, cancellation and supplier availability are checked before a proposal.
If those facts change the economics, the client receives a new complete total before any booking. This pre-launch website accepts enquiries only and takes no payment.

- The working reference is USD 27,500 for the group, or USD 6,875 per person for nine days and eight nights with one vehicle. The market for the same nine days runs from USD 3,950 per person at the budget end to USD 14,040 at the ultra-luxury end. The product that genuinely compares is the one where Ndutu is named in the itinerary: Africa Adventure charges USD 8,895 per person for that. We give three nights in Ndutu and the domestic flight for USD 6,875.
- Are park fees included in the price?
- Yes. Once confirmed, park and concession fees are included. International flights, visas, personal insurance, tips, drinks and optional activities are always costed separately.
- Why does the per-person price fall as the group grows?
- The vehicle and driver-guide cost is fixed and shared across the group. Two guests pay USD 8,250 each; six guests in one vehicle pay USD 6,417.
- What do the park fees themselves cost?
- Serengeti entry is USD 70 per person per day in the peak season from 16 May to 14 March, and USD 60 in the low season. Tarangire and Manyara are USD 50 and 45. Ngorongoro entry is USD 70.80 per 24 hours and the crater descent is USD 295 per vehicle.
- Does the price change with the dates?
- Yes. Camps run their own seasons, and those seasons do not line up with the park-fee seasons. A night in the calving zone at the very peak costs roughly half as much again as in the shoulder weeks of the same season, and over a long itinerary that difference shows in the total.
