We prepare the complex part in advance: the sequence of days, operators, transfers, food, health and document requirements, plus alternatives for changing weather.
Regulated services are delivered by licensed local companies. Before payment, guests see who organises the journey, who provides each service and which limitations remain.
Savannah
Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Kilimanjaro open through an experienced guide, early light, a comfortable vehicle and a sensible pace. In February it is not the parks that decide but the nights inside the calving area itself: ours are three, in a camp that stands within the area rather than two hours from it.
Lodges, seasonal routing, park time and the domestic flight are selected around dates and group composition. The price quoted holds to travel, as long as the dates stay inside February and the programme is unchanged. If a camp is gone we propose an equivalent and show it to you before anything is confirmed.
One pace and a lower price; seats, belts, baggage and guide role are confirmed in writing.

Kilimanjaro
The route follows a conversation about health, experience and available time. Comfort can be improved, but it cannot replace acclimatisation or the lead guide’s authority to turn the group around.
A balanced line with gradual altitude gain and a complete private team.

Ocean
We select a licensed company and yacht for the actual group. Before confirmation we verify cabins, crew, food, connectivity, permits, insurance, diving and mandatory fees.
For a family or group of up to six. Guest double cabins, legal overnight capacity and separate crew berths are confirmed for the named yacht.
For two families or a larger group, subject to a named yacht, confirmed guest layout and separate crew berths.
A larger named yacht and expanded crew for remote islands, subject to route, capacity and operator confirmation.
One journey
Safari or Kilimanjaro, a buffer night, the flight, arrival in Mahé and the yacht form one sequence. Baggage, recovery after the mountain and a plan for flight disruption are checked separately.
Seven or eight days in Tanzania followed by a calm yacht week after a protected connection.
The climb, required recovery and a yacht without a risky connection immediately after descent.
A longer safari, a more spacious yacht and added days only where they change the experience.

Price by group size
Working guidance for a private 9-day / 8-night safari. Whole-group price comes first, then the per-person amount. The full ladder from two to twelve guests is in the cost guide. The operator’s standard structure is one vehicle up to six guests and two above six. The quoted price includes: lodges and meals, a private vehicle with an English-speaking driver-guide, park and concession fees, stated transfers, the domestic flight on the named sector, drinks, additional activities in the programme, the mandatory NIC policy on entry to mainland Tanzania (USD 44 per person; we arrange it), adjustments to the programme at your request without additional fees (cancellation and rescheduling follow the terms in the “Legal information” section), and taxes. Tips are at your discretion and are not included in the price. Before and after the trip, not included: international tickets, visa, personal insurance.

Before payment
A proposal contains only confirmed delivery. Today we work as a disclosed agent: you contract for the regulated service with the named licensed operator. Our role and our remuneration are stated before you pay. Before any payment you see the price, the inclusions, the cancellation terms and who is answerable for each part. The website itself accepts enquiries only and takes no payments. We agree the method and order of payment in the proposal before payment: the payee and the terms are named there in advance.
Private journey
The first message only needs to say who is travelling, approximate dates and duration, and whether Tanzania, the Seychelles or both are in view.
