Who is responsible

The project is pre-launch. Ocean Safari Club's own contracting company is not yet identified, so the website does not accept payments or conclude travel agreements. Full company details and a complete privacy notice will be published before sales begin.

Information involved

The website stores only the selected language in your browser. The hosting server may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, request time and requested page.

When you contact us through an external service, the information you choose to send may include your name, contacts, group, dates, preferences, health and document details needed to prepare the journey.

Cookies, language and analytics

The website sets no cookies, uses no advertising pixels and connects no third-party web analytics. After you explicitly select a language, that preference is stored in browser localStorage only as a functional setting.

The server may count anonymised page requests without cookies and without writing IP addresses to the page-view log. Network or hosting providers may still technically process an IP address to deliver and protect traffic. Any future non-essential cookies or marketing tools will remain disabled until separate notice and any required consent.

Purpose and retention

Information is used to answer, prepare a route, check feasibility, issue a proposal and perform a contract. It is not sold.

Correspondence and documents are retained only as needed for the enquiry, contract, legal duties and legitimate claims, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires otherwise.

External services and transfers

Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, email providers and the website host apply their own terms. Do not send passport copies or sensitive documents in an open message before a secure method is agreed.

Necessary information may be shared with prospective providers such as hotels, carriers, yacht operators, guides, insurers and other competent partners, including outside your country.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
