The project is in a pre-launch stage. Before sales and payments begin, the contracting party, planned UAE operating company and responsible data controller will be identified.
Until then, enquiries are processed to answer you and check route feasibility. Privacy questions may be sent to iaroslav.tsibin@gmail.com.
Enquiry data and consent
The form sends your name, preferred contact method and contact, journey, group size, selected comfort level, vehicle or yacht preference, indicative whole-group budget, timing, comment, page language and consent timestamp. Do not submit passport copies, payment details, medical documents or children's details beyond what is needed for an initial answer.
The required consent covers processing this enquiry and sharing the minimum necessary data with hotels, operators, guides, carriers and other partners where needed to price the journey. It is not consent to marketing. The enquiry is sent through a secured server gateway to EspoCRM; the form contents are not written to website or gateway logs.
Cookies, language and first-party analytics
The website sets no cookies, advertising pixels or third-party web analytics. Your explicit language choice, first landing path, external referring domain and first/last safe UTM tags are kept in localStorage until you clear this site's browser data. Technical session-start markers remain in sessionStorage until the tab is closed so one entry is not counted repeatedly.
The server counts views, engaged sessions, brief starts and submit attempts, journey and contact intentions, browser-validation failures and submission outcomes without names, contacts, message text, cookies or IP addresses in the analytics log. A sanitised attribution line may be added to a prepared message or email, but personal form data is not added to it.
Purposes, recipients and retention
Data is used to answer, clarify the enquiry, check feasibility, prepare a proposal and, where applicable, perform a contract. It is not sold.
Necessary details may be shared with competent hotels, carriers, yacht operators, guides, insurers and other providers, including in other countries. Correspondence and documents are retained only as needed for the enquiry, contract, legal duties and legitimate claims, then deleted or anonymised.
External services and your rights
Telegram, WhatsApp, email and hosting providers apply their own terms. Network providers may technically process an IP address to deliver and protect traffic.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
